Stephani Sosa's Ozempic Journey
Former troupe dancer on 'Dancing With the Stars,' Stephani Sosa, has revealed her past with the debated weight-loss drug Ozempic.
'Folks have inquired whether I'm taking Ozempic, and yes, I used it during last season's 'Dancing With the Stars,' Sosa, aged 26, stated in a TikTok clip posted on Saturday, January 10. 'I aimed to appear my finest possible. This marked my debut living my aspiration on screen, and I sought perfection.'
Stephani, sibling to DWTS professional Ezra Sosa, acted as a troupe performer in season 33 during autumn 2024.
'I took Ozempic previously, but I've stopped now,' Stephani clarified on Saturday. 'My physique responded positively. I'd been using it for an extended period before joining 'Dancing With the Stars.''
Understanding Semaglutides
Medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro frequently aid in long-term weight control for adults dealing with obesity or excess weight linked to issues like elevated blood pressure or type 2 diabetes. However, medical experts often advise against employing GLP-1 agonists for routine slimming, particularly among public figures.
Body Transformation Efforts
Regarding Stephani, she has previously spoken openly on her self-perception and opted for 360 liposuction to 'totally reshape my figure.'
'I aimed to contour my physique and battled lifelong challenges to attain the body I've desired,' Stephani expressed in a December 2024 TikTok post. 'I pursued this for myself and my profession. I grew weary of the entertainment world dictating body standards, so I took action personally.'
