2.1 How to Cancel App Store Trials

Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad):

Android (Google Play):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app

Note: Apple's refund policy is at their discretion and not guaranteed. We cannot process refunds for App Store purchases directly.

Google Play Store Refunds:

Google handles all refund requests for Android purchases. To request a refund from Google:

  1. Visit Google Play Subscriptions
  2. Find your Shotlee PRO subscription
  3. Select "Manage"
  4. Choose "Request a refund" or contact Google Play support
  5. Follow the prompts to submit your request

Note: Google typically allows refunds within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds are at Google's discretion. We cannot process refunds for Play Store purchases directly.

6. What's NOT Covered

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • After the 3-Day Period

    Refund requests for website purchases made more than 72 hours after purchase (exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis)

  • Partial Month Refunds

    We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service

  • Account Violations

    No refunds if your account has been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

  • Technical Issues on Your End

    Device compatibility issues, internet connectivity problems, or user error

  • Change of Mind After 3 Days

    Simply changing your mind after the refund window has closed

  • Multiple Refund Requests

    Repeated refund requests or suspected abuse of the refund policy

7. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation policies vary based on where you purchased:

To cancel a subscription purchased through our website:

Important:

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to receive a refund, you must submit a refund request within the 3-day guarantee period (for website purchases) as described in Section 3 above.
