The Expert Guide to Mixing Peptides
Reconstitution (mixing powder with water) is where most mistakes happen. We make it simple, safe, and precise.
Step-by-Step Mixing Guide
Sanitize Everything
Always wipe the rubber stoppers of both your peptide vial and bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol swab. Let them dry.
Add Water
Draw your chosen amount of water (e.g., 1ml, 2ml, or 3ml) into a syringe. Slowly inject onto the side of the glass vial to avoid damaging the powder.
Dissolve Gently
Never shake the vial. Peptides are fragile. Gently swirl or roll the vial between your hands until the solution is clear.
Store Cold
Once mixed, peptides must be refrigerated. They generally last 30 days once reconstituted.
Why Use Bacteriostatic Water?
Bacteriostatic water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which prevents bacteria from growing in the vial. This is crucial because you will be re-using the same vial for multiple injections over several weeks.
⚠ Do not use sterile water if you plan to use the vial more than once. Reconstituion with regular sterile water is only for single-use vials.
