Technical Guruji Reveals Fitness Journey: Did Gaurav Chaudhary Use Ozempic to Lose 30 Kilos?

Popular tech YouTuber Gaurav Chaudhary, known as Technical Guruji, recently shared a video detailing his weight loss journey. He attributes his success to 'discipline and chasing his goals every day', refuting claims of using Ozempic, an injectable drug popular for rapid weight loss.

Chaudhary posted a clip on X, titled 'How did I lose 30 Kilos twice? My fitness journey...'. He discussed his fluctuating weight over the years, sharing photos from 2015 when he was at a healthy weight. A demanding work and travel schedule later led to significant weight gain, reaching 105 kg by July 2020.

During the COVID-19 lockdown, he lost 30 kg in four months through daily 20 km walks and gym workouts. Health tracking apps like Shotlee can help monitor progress and maintain motivation during such fitness journeys.

However, post-lockdown travel caused weight regain, peaking at 103 kg by 2024. In October 2024, Chaudhary committed to a strict diet and regular workouts, resulting in another 30 kg loss. By December 2025, he weighed 75 kg and described himself as being in the 'best shape of my life ever,' with all biomarkers in optimal range.

Addressing Online Speculation

The video directly responds to recent online comments mocking his slimmer appearance, with some suggesting he looked 'extremely thin' or unwell. Some posts even compared his transformation to that of cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal.

Discipline Over Shortcuts

Chaudhary firmly denied using Ozempic or any weight-loss drugs, stating, "Discipline worked in 2020 and it's still working in 2025." He also dismissed claims of AI-generated images, insisting his progress comes from consistent daily effort. "All it takes is just some small amount of discipline," he emphasized, encouraging viewers to avoid shortcuts.
