The TRT Alternative SERM

Enclomiphene is the purified, highly effective trans-isomer of the famous fertility drug Clomid (clomiphene citrate). While Clomid is a mix of two isomers—one that blocks estrogen (good) and one that acts as estrogen (bad, causing mood swings and vision issues)—Enclomiphene isolates only the pure estrogen-blocking component.

By blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, it tricks the male brain into thinking estrogen is at zero. The brain responds by aggressively ramping up LH and FSH to force the testicles to produce massive amounts of natural testosterone to restore the balance.
